RESOLUTION #128-92
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINANCE COMMITTEE
TO ACCEPT APPLICATION FROM DELTA GROUP
Revolving Loan Fund
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is participating in the Wisconsin
Development Fund (WDF) Loan Program; and
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1990, the City loaned $320,000 to the
Delta Group for the start-up of their business; and
WHEREAS, a Building, Site, and Operation Plan was approved by
the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, a Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Plan has been adopted in
Resolution #log-91 for the purpose of advancing funds to
businesses located in the City for start-up or expansion; and
WHEREAS, in order to insure compliance with said Building, Site,
financing from the City of approximately $40,000 with further
and Operation Plan, the Delta Group is seeking additional
funding to be supplied by the State Bank of Hales Corners and
the Delta Group.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Finance Committee to
accept the loan application by the Delta Group for the WDF
Revolving Loan Fund Program in the amount of approximately
to the Common Council subject to acceptable language by Hales
$40,000 and make its recommendation regarding the loan request
Corners State Bank to protect the City's interest.
