NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept the bid of Payne & Dolan in
the amount of $17.50/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #1 Base
Course, $18.20/Ton for Bituminous Concrete, Grade #3 Surface
Course, and $.90/Gallon for Tack Coat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the performance security of $30,000
may be submitted in the form of a bond.
