APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Senak/Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 8, 1992
to finalize a 3-parcel division of the Frances Senak property on
Burma Lane in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and NW 1/4 of Section 13
in the Town of Waterford; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
3-parcel division of the Frances Senak property on Burma Lane in
the SW 1/4 of Section 12 and NW 1/4 of Section 13 in the Town of
Waterford.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
