RESOLUTION AS TO REVIEW OF INTEREST RATES
FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT WATER PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the final resolutions for the following water projects
state that interest rates will be reviewed after five years:

#176-86 MW-1-86 Janesville Road 6 Hillendale 8%
#176-86 MW-2-86 Janesville Road & Hillendale 8%
# 45-87 MW-3-87 Janesville Road-Mercury Drive to Lannon 8%
I) 46-87 MW-4-87 Lannon Drive-Janesville Road to Woods 8%
# 47-87 Mw-5-87 Janesville Road to Bay Lane 8%
April 16, 1992, stated that the interest rates on the above
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee, at their meeting of
projects will continue at the same rate until further notice.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby confirm that the interest rates on the
above projects will continue at the same rate until further
notice.
