APPROVAL OF MODIFICATION TO THE 1991-1992 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN LOCAL 2414 AFSCME AND THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
City Hall/Library Unit
WHEREAS, the AFSCME unit received authorization from the State
of Wisconsin to include 19-hour employees in their bargaining
group; and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been negotiated by the union
and the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached modification to the
of Muskego for the City Hall/Library Unit.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE

LOCAL 2414, AFSCME, AFL-CIO
AND
(CITY HALL/LIBRARY UNIT)
The Parties agree to modify Article 11, Recognition, to
No. 45101 ME-469 Decision No. 11644-8.
include those employees accreded into the unit per WERC Case
The Parties agree to extend Jury Duty (Section 13.01) and
sick leave benefits (Article Xv) to the employees referenced
above on a pro-rated basis, effective April 1, 1992,
identical to those offered Telecommunications bargaining
unit agreement between the City and Local 2414.
The Parties agree that the wages, hours and working
conditions for the 1-19 hour employees shall become the
subject of bargaining between the Parties in successor
negotiations for a new agreement, effective January 1, 1993.
This Agreement shall be subject to approval by Local 2414,
AFSCME, AFL-CIO and the City f Muskego.
