OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE
A PORTION OF KELLY DRIVE IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
All that part of the SW 1/4 of Section 9, T5N, R20E. in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Certified Survey Map No.
described; thence S Oo 46' 46" E, 178.00 feet; thence S 89'
2539, said point being the place of beginning of the lands to be
13' 14" W. 60.00 feet; thence N Oo 46' 46" W, 178.00 feet;
thence N 89O 13' 14" E, 60.00 feet to the place of beginning.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A."
Furthermore, this approval is contingent on the title company
giving evidence that the road vacation goes to the abutting
property owners. If such evidence is not obtained, the abutting
owners shall give evidence that this has been accomplished.

The following Resolution, having been introduced in the Common
Council of the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, at a meeting of said
Council, held April 28, 1992 in the Council Room at City Hall,
Muskego, Wisconsin to wit:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
All that part of the SW 1/4 of Section 9, T5N, WOE, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described
as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Certified Survey Map No.
2539, said point being the place of beginning of the lands to be
deecribed; thence S Oo 46' 46" E, 178.00 feet; thence S 89O
13' 14" W, 60.00 feet; thence N 0' 46' 46" W, 178.00 feet;
thence N 89' 13' 14" E, 60.00 feet to the place of beginning.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A.
Introduced this 28TH day of APRIL , 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED by said Common Council, that a
hearing on the passage of said Resolution be held at a meeting
Muskego, Wisconsin on the 9TH day of
of said Common Council at the Council Room in City Hall,
JUNE , 1992, at 7:15 P.M.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Notice of the Hearing on said
Resolution be published in the Muskego Sun as a Class 3
Notice; and that, in addition, Notice of said hearing be served
on the owners of all of the frontage of the lots and lands
abutting on said real estate herein before described sought to
be vacated, and discontinued, as a street, in the manner
provided for the service of summons in Circuit Court at least
thirty (30) days before said hearing.
