APPROVAL OF TECHNICAL CLARIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACT
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEG0 AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
Stone Ridge Landfill Expansion
WHEREAS, the contracts in question were approved pursuant to
Resolution #321-91, a copy of which is attached; and
WHEREAS, certain technical changes have been made in said
contracts to clarify the same; and
WHEREAS, Waste Management and the local negotiating committee
have negotiated and agreed to said technical clarifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the attached landfill
agreement, which includes said clarifications and the Mayor and
Clerk are authorized to sign the landfill agreement in the name
of the Citv Dursuant to all of the technical procedures set
0 forth in Resblution #321-91.
