RESOLUTION #98-92
FOR DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
APPROVAL OF FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Section 8.02(3), Section 8.02(5), and Section 8.04(8)
of the Municipal Code provides that fees for permits required by
Chapter 8 shall be from time to time established by resolution
of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, fees are charged for other work performed by the
Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended approval of
the attached Fee Schedule for the Department of Public Works.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby approve the attached Fee Schedule for the
Department of Public Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the attached fees are in effect upon
passage and publication of Ordinance #748.
