RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was approved in Resolution
Virginia Spitzner property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of
#308-91 to finalize a one-parcel division of the Chester &
Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Certified Survey Map has not been recorded with the
Waukesha County Register of Deeds; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended re-approval and
that the Certified Survey Map be recorded with the Waukesha
County Register of Deeds by the City's Planning Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
does hereby re-approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
one-parcel division of the Chester & Virginia Spitzner property
on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 and that the Certified
Survey Map be recorded with the Waukesha County Register of 0 Deeds by the City's Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
