APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Nordic Ridge/Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Nordic Ridge, a 37-lot
was submitted on March 24, 1992; and
subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway,
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #247-91;
and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat for Nordic
Ridge, a 37-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 in the
Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
