APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted by Omni Design for Gary
Wickert for legal lot status of Lots 2 & 14 in Block 10 of
Muskego Shores Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby grant legal status of Lots 2 & 14 in Block 10 of
Muskego Shores Subdivision because lots adjoining the property
and in the immediate area are the same size or smaller and a
legal lot status was granted to the property to the North in
1988.
