RESOLUTION #90-92
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Durhamswood, Durhamswood Addn. #1 and
Durhamswood Addn. #2 Subdivisions
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the Durhamswood Subdivider's Agreement
dated July 1, 1986 and Section I11 of the Subdivider's Agreement
for Durhamswood Addn. #1 dated March 18, 1977, and Section I11
of the Subdivider's Agreement for Durhamswood Addn. #2 dated
September 15, 1988, requires the subdivider to complete the
improvements required in the Agreements and dedicate the same to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
Agreements and as required by applicable City ordinances and
other applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended acceptance of the
improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of all improvements
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
in accordance with the Subdivider's Agreements dated July 1,
1986, March 18, 1987, and September 15, 1988.
