RESOLUTION #88-92
APPROVE ENGINEERING AND DESIGN EXPENDITURES
TO COMPLY WITH LITTLE MUSKEGO LAKE DAM HAZARD RATING
WHEREAS, a Hazard Rating of Class 3, High Hazard, has been
placed on the Little Muskego Lake dam; and
WHEREAS, the property owners and the City are seeking a mutually
agreeable solution to fix the dam; and
WHEREAS, an alternative which would meet the DNR requirements
should be researched; and
WHEREAS, the hydraulic shadow determination on two buildable
properties requires site elevations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the expenditure of not to exceed
$8,150.00 for Ruekert & Mielke to research an alternative to
and to determine the site elevations on the two buildable lots
in the hydraulic shadow.
