WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 6, 1992
to finalize a 1-parcel division of the Joseph & Shirley
Smukowski property on Keeley Court in the NW 1/4 of Section 26

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
