APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Hidden Harbor Addn. #1
Town of Waterford
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on February 21, 1992 for
Hidden Harbor Addn. #1 to create a 26-lot subdivision in the SW
1/4 of Section 12 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, the revised Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution
#148-91; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Final Plat for Hidden Harbor Addn. #1 to
create a 26-lot subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 12 in the
Town of Norway subject to approval of the City Engineer and all
provided in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
