APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Scenic View Estates -- Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Scenic View Estates, a
Norway, was submitted on February 19, 1992; and
21-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the Town of
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat for Scenic View
Estates, a 21-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 7 in the
Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
