WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Woods Road West of
Woodside Estates Water Project, and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Globe Contractors in the
amount of $47,000.00.
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Globe
Contractors in the amount of $47,000.00 for the Woods Road West of
Woodside Estates Water Installation Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
further authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon
recommendation of the City Engineers.
