WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Highway L West to Crowbar
Drive Sewer Project, and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Mainline Sewer & Water in the
amount of $180,619.00.
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the Public
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from Mainline Sewer
& Water in the amount of $180,619.00 for the Highway L West to Crowbar
Drive Sewer Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
recommendation of the City Engineers.
