RESOLUTION #67-92
REGARDING THE METRO LANDFILL EXPANSION
APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Waste Management of Wisconsin seeks to expand the
Metro Landfill in the City of Franklin; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego was an affected community; and
Committee; and
WHEREAS, the City has appointed a member to the Negotiating
WHEREAS, Waste Management and the Negotiating Committee have
negotiated a landfill agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby accept and approve the agreement
and Clerk are authorized to sign the landfill agreement in the
regarding the expansion of the Metro Landfill and that the Mayor
name of the City.
