RESOLUTION #66-92
RESOLUTION AS TO APRIL 7, 1992 ELECTION BALLOT
(Aldermanic District 5)
WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes 8.35 (2)(b), the Common
Council has been notified by the City Clerk that a vacancy in
nomination occurs due to the death of Aldermanic District #5
candidate Ald. Harold Sanders; and
WHEREAS, the Council may nominate a new candidate for this
position whose name would appear on the April 7, 1992 election
ballot if said nominee fulfills the statutory requirements of
said nomination, with a sworn Certificate of Nomination to be
submitted to the Clerk by March 10, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Council may determine that the name of Ald. Harold
Sanders remain on the ballot; and
WHEREAS, the Council may determine that the name of Ald. Harold
Sanders should be removed from the ballot.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the name of Ald. Harold
Sanders remain on the ballot.
