RESOLUTION #63-92
ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR RETAIL "CLASS C" LICENSES
WHEREAS, 1989 Wisconsin Act 39 created retail "Class C"
licenses; and
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego Common Council by prior action
Chapter 125 of the Wisconsin Statutes and incorporated the same
adopted all amendments, revisions, modifications or additions of
in Chapter 12.01 of the Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby set the fee for retail "Class C" licenses
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
at $100.00 per year.
