RESOLUTION #62-92
CITY HALL/LIBRARY AUTOMATIC DOOR PROJECT
AUTHORIZE WAIVING OF PERFORMANCE BOND
WHEREAS, Wisconsin Automatic Door, Inc., the successful bidder
for the City Hall/Library automatic door project, has requested
that the requirement of a performance bond be waived; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby waive the requirement of a performance
bond .for the City Hall/Library automatic door project and finds
that the guarantees or warranties in effect are deemed adequate.
