APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Creekside Meadows Subdivision -- Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Creekside Meadows, a
55-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in the Town of
Norway, was submitted on August 20, 1991; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territorial
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat subject to the drainage plan being
approved by the Town of Norway and acceptable to the City of
Muskego; the street name being changed to show only one name on
the plat; and street lights being provided as required by the
City of Muskego, with usage fees being billed to the Town of
Norway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat for Creekside
Meadows, a 55-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 32 in the
Town of Norway, was submitted on August 28, 1991 subject to the
drainage plan being approved by the Town of Norway and
acceptable to the City of Muskego; the street name being changed
to show only one name on the plat; and street lights being
provided as required by the City of Muskego, with usage fees
being billed to the Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
