APPROVAL OF CITY'S OFFER TO PURCHASE
Park Land -- Kurth Park
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the attached City's Offer to Purchase approximately 6
acres adjacent to Kurth Park at a price of $38,803.00 to be used
in the expansion of Kurth Park, with funds to be obtained from
the Park Dedication fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
