RESOLUTION #42-92
RESOLUTION INDICATING CITY'S PRESENT INTENT
TO APPROVE THE CONCEPT OF RS-Z/OPD ZONING
Terra Development -- Plum Creek
WHEREAS, Terra Development has petitioned the Council to rezone
property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 from RS-2 to
RS-Z/OPD to allow for development of Plum Creek Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the necessary public hearing has been held; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to indicate its present intention of
approving the concepts which so far have been presented by Terra
Development and wishes to defer acting on the rezoning until all
requirements of the City's ordinances pertaining to planned unit
developments have been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby indicate its present intention that
Development and defers acting on the rezoning request until all
it approves of the concept of the project proposed by Terra
developments have been met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this deferral is with the agreement
of the petitioner.
