CCR1992035COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #35-92 BUILDING CODE PERMIT FEES AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 30 WHEREAS, Chapter 30, Section 30.05(8), of the Municipal Code provides that fees for permits required by this Chapter shall be as from time to time established by resolution of the Common Council; and WHEREAS, the Public Safety Committee has recommended approval of the attached amendments to Chapter 30. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Safety Committee, does hereby amend Table 1, Chapter 30, as attached.
