AMENDMENT TO OFFER TO PURCHASE
City of Muskego/JC Development
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
approve the attached Amendment to Contract of Sale (City of
Muskego/JC Development) to extend the closing date from February
10 to March 5, 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to sign the amendment in the name of the City.
