NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego as follows: -. 1. That pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, Wisconsin Statute 574.33, if all of the owners of the Resolution #27-92 Page 2 property described in Tax Key #2221.993.003 have executed their acceptance of this resolution on or before January 29, delete from the same the amount of the special assessment in 1992, then said tax bill statement shall be changed to question together with any and all interest and charges thereon; if said acceptance is not so executed on or before said date, the said change shall not be made in said tax bill statement. 2. That the undersigned are all of the owners of the property described in Tax Key R2221.993.003 and they hereby agree that the entire special assessment described above should rightfully be upon their property described in Tax Key of the amount of said assessment and that said assessment #2221.993.003, that the said property is benefited in excess together with all interest and charges shall be paid in full to the City on or before February 17, 1992, and if not so delinquent real estate tax. paid, shall be extended on the tax roll and collected as a 3.
