RESOLUTION #26-92
AUTHORIZE AMENDMENT TO SUBGRANTEE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN CITY OF MUSKEGO AND WAUKESHA COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego and Waukesha County entered into an
agreement on August 30, 1991 to allow the City to install
automated doors at Muskego City Hall and the Library through a
federal Community Development Block Grant provided by the
County; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend the agreement by increasing
the amount from $8,000 to $12,000 with the additional $4,000
being transferred from a cancelled parks project; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends the attached amendment
to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Agreement between the City of Muskego and Waukesha County to
Committee, does hereby approve the amendment to the Subgrantee
increase the grant amount to $12,000 to install automated doors
Development Block Grant provided by the County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said agreement in the name of the City.
