APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION OF FIRE STATION
Muskego Volunteer Fire Company
WHEREAS, a site plan for the fire station located on Janesville
Road for the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company has been submitted
and approved by the Plan Commission, subject to certain
variances being approved by the Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the construction plans for the fire station have been
submitted for review by the Common Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve of the construction plans

WHEREAS, WAUKESHA CDUNTY, Wisconsin (hereinafter called "CCUNlY") and the
City of Muskego (hereinafter called "-"), a rrmnicipal corporation operating under the law of the State of Wisconsin, entered into a Swantee
Agreement (hereinafter called "AGREEMENT") on the 30th day of August, 1991,
to permit to install autmted doors at the primary entrance to
Muskego City Hall and the municipal library located within, utilizing
federal Ccmmnmity Developnent Block Grant funds provided by COUNTY; and
WHEREAS, COUNTY and StTBGRANTEE desire to amend said pursuant to
Part XI11 contained therein;
Now THEREFORE, COUNTY and SUBGWINTEE mutually agree that the shall
be amended as follows:
1. The Am3unt of Grant set forth in Part I11 A. of the is
increased from $8,000 to $12,000.
2. Part B of Exhibit A of the Subgrantee Aqreerrent, PROSECT BmT, is
mended to read as follows:
