RESOLUTION #18-92
PRORATION RESOLUTIONS #293-91 (SEWER) AND #294-91 (WATER)
AMENDMENT AS TO SPITZNER PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee, does
hereby extend the acceptance date of Resolutions #293-91 (Sewer)
and #294-91 (Water) by Chester and Virginia Spitzner to May 15,
1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any payments which have been made
since the original resolutions would be credited against the
amounts due and any interest added to the same.
