RESOLUTION #16-92
RESOLUTION AS TO COMPLIANCE WITH STATE REGULATIONS
AS TO SEWER USER CHARGES FOR 1993
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego charges sewer user charges one year
in advance; and
WHEREAS, the Wisconsin DNR has reviewed said procedure in
conjunction with the release of certain loan funds; and
WHEREAS, representatives of DNR have indicated that they will
release said funds at this time if the City passes a resolution
indicating it will comply with State regulations as to sewer
user charges for 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego will charge sewer user fees for the year 1993 in
compliance with state regulations.
