RESOLUTION #14-92
FOR LAKEVIEW HIGHLANDS ADDN #1 PRELIMINARY PLAT
APPROVAL TO REMOVE PARKLAND RESTRICTION
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Lakeview Highlands Addn. #I, a
subdivision for 9 single-family homes and 2 outlots in the SW
1/4 of Section 5 was submitted on May 13, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Council
advised the property owners that the City is interested in
in Resolution #203-91 with a notation that Plan Commission
obtaining the right of first refusal for a right-of-way on the
property to access the proposed winter activities area; and
WHEREAS, this condition cannot be placed upon lands which are
not part of the subject plat; and
WHEREAS, Plan Commission recommends this condition be removed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve removing the parkland restriction for
Lakeview Highlands Subdivision Addn. #1 Preliminary Plat.
