APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 22,
Francesco Aiuppa property on Hillendale Road in the NE 1/4 of
1991 to finalize a 2-parcel division and road dedication of the
Section 18; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a $3,000 bond being posted with the City to ensure that the
Certified Survey Map is recorded with the Waukesha County
Register of Deeds, and once the Certified Survey Map is
the house is completed in conformance with the minimum square
recorded, a $3,000 bond remain in place until the addition to
footage requirements of the RS-1 zoning district regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
property on Hillendale Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 subject
2-parcel division and road dedication of the Francesco Aiuppa
Certified Survey Map is recorded with the Waukesha County
to a $3,000 bond being posted with the City to ensure that the
Register of Deeds, and once the Certified Survey Map is
recorded, a $3,000 bond remain in place until the addition to
the house is completed in conformance with the minimum square
footage requirements of the RS-1 zoning district regulations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Certified Survey Map will be
amended to show Parcel 3 not as a separate parcel but as a part
of Parcel 1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
