RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Fischer (Ace Glass)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was approved on November 14,
property on Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 2; and
1989 to finalize a two-parcel division of the Michael Fischer
WHEREAS, the Certified Survey Map was never recorded with the
Waukesha County Register of Deeds; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended re-approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Michael Fischer property on
Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 2 and that it be
recorded with the Waukesha County Register of Deeds by the
City's Land Division Ordinance.
City's Planning Department in accordance with Section 3.9 of the
