APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Ferguson
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 11, 1991
to finalize a 3-parcel division of the Thomas Ferguson property
on Hillendale Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a sewer easement be provided to service the two lots on
Hillendale Drive that adjoin Parcels 4 and 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5. 3-parcel division of the Thomas Ferguson property on Hillendale
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
