APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Ferguson
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 11, 1991
to finalize a 2-parcel division of the Thomas Ferguson property
on Hillendale Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the public hearing requirements being met and a sewer easement
being provided to service Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a a
2-parcel division of the Thomas Ferguson property on Hillendale
Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 5.

RE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
