APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JC Development/City of Muskego/
Muskego Volunteer Fire Company
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 11,
#2-92 of the JC Development/City of Muskego/Muskego Volunteer
1991 to redescribe Parcel 2 created in Common Council Resolution
Fire Company property on Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of
Section 9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of
redescribing Parcel 2 created in Common Council Resolution #2-92
to include the existing Fire Company property in a newly created
Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to redescribe
Parcel 2 created in Common Council Resolution #2-92 of the JC
Development/City of Muskego/Muskego Volunteer Fire Company
property on Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 of Section 9 to
Parcel 1.
include the existing Fire Company property in a newly created
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
