APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JC Development/Cherek/Gardetto
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on December 11,
Certified Survey Map No. 6287, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of
1991 to finalize a redivision of Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 of
Certified Survey Map No. 6296 and Vacated Road of the JC
Development/Cherek/Gardetto property on Janesville Road in the
SE 1/4 of Section 9; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval, noting
that the current driveway for Parcels 1 and 2 of Certified
Survey Map 6269 crosses the proposed Parcel 1 without benefit of
an ingress egress easement, and if no easement is provided in
the future, that in the event that the driveway must be moved in
the future that it will be done at the expense of the owners of
Parcels 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map 6269, and at no expense
to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
No. 6287, Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6296
redivision of Parcel 1 and Parcel 3 of Certified Survey Map
and Vacated Road of the JC Develooment/Cherek/Gardetto DroDerty
on Janesville Road in the SE 1/4 bf Section 9.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the current driveway for Parcels 1
and 2 of Certified Survey Map 6269 crosses the proposed Parcel 1
without benefit of an ingress egress easement, and if no
easement is provided in the future, that in the event that the
driveway must be moved in the future that it will be done at the
expense of the owners of Parcels 1 and 2 of Certified Survey Map
6269, and at no expense to the City.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
