AWARDING OF BID
Lake Denoon Sediment Removal Project
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Lake Denoon
Sediment Removal Project and the following bids were received:

WHEREAS, the City Engineers and the Finance Committee have
recommended approval of the low bid from Krause Excavating, Inc.
in the amount of $19,975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers
and the Finance Committee, does hereby accept the low bid from
Krause Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $19,975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that $1,000 shall be designated as
unexpended in 1991 and carried over to the 1992 Budget under
#100.9900.1003, Urban and Rural Drainage, to be used as the
City's contribution toward this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to an
escrow account being established in the name of the City of
Muskego and the Lake Denoon Advancement Association to provide
their 50% share of funding this contract, less the $1,000 City
contribution, with the balance of funding to be received from
the DNR Scenic Urban Waterways Development Assistance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
