APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Norway Associates -- Town of Norway
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on August 23, 1991
Drive and Racine Avenue in the SW 1/4 of Section 32 in the City
to finalize a two-parcel division of the property on Muskego Dam
of Muskego and the NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway; and
WHEREAS, this property is located within the extra-territoria
jurisdiction of the City of Muskego; and

to WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject
the barn and silo being razed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a two-
parcel division of the property on Muskego Dam Drive and Racine
Avenue in the SW 1/4 of Section 32 in the City of Muskego and
the NW 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town of Norway subject to the
barn and silo being razed and the abandoned well being capped.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
