REJECTION OF SURINAK'S OFFER TO SELL PROPERTY
IN INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO
CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Surinak wishes to divide and sell his property located
on Apollo Drive in Muskego's Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the Rules and Regulations for Muskego's Industrial Park
states that the owner of property in the Park who wishes to sell
land shall first offer it to the City; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed this offer and
recommends rejecting the offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby reject Surinak's offer to sell property
located in Muskego's Industrial Park.
