APPROVAL OF REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT
Suburban Heights
WHEREAS, a revised Preliminary Plat for Suburban Heights, a
November 15, 1991, and
57-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, was submitted on
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
revised Preliminary Plat subject to Lot 8 receiving interior
access only.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the revised Preliminary Plat of Suburban
Heights, a 57-lot subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 subject
to Lot 8 receiving interior access only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approvinq - - " e and objecting agencies.
