RESOLUTION #316-91
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF
AN APPRAISER AND RELOCATION EXPERT
TO CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
KNOWN AS RESOLUTION #315-91
Park Land Acquisition
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed a resolution of
necessity known as Resolution #315-91, and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert may be
necessary to carry out this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby authorize the Mayor, in consultation
with the City Attorney, to hire appraiser Fred Graves to perform
a condemnation appraisal not to exceed $1,200.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney, in consultation
with the Mayor, may hire the firm Draheim & Associates of Green
Bay or another firm as relocation experts in this matter for the
purposes of dealing with any relocation problems involved in the
project and for negotiating the purchase of the lands necessary
for this project.
