APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted On October 25,
Spitzner property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17; and
1991 to finalize a one-parcel division of the Chester & Virginia
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
a restriction that no improvements be made to the outbuildings
currently on the property, but should they become damaged or
judged to be unsafe or dilapidated by the Building Inspector,
they must be removed; and subject to a restriction that no
additional outbuildings be constructed on this site in excess of
the allowances by the RS-2 zoning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
one-parcel division of the Chester & Virginia Spitzner property
on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 subject to a
restriction that should the outbuildings become damaged or
they must be removed, and subject to a restriction that no
judged to be unsafe or dilapidated by the Building Inspector,
additional outbuildings be constructed on this site in excess of
the allowances by the RS-2 zoning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the land should be reduced to 10
