APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 14,
property on Island Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, and
1991 to finalize a two-parcel division of the Harold Manske
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the lots being a minimum of 100 feet wide and 15,000 square feet
and Parcel 2 indicating the 100-year floodplain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Harold Manske property on Island
minimum of 100 feet wide and 15,000 square feet and Parcel 2
Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 4 subject to the lots being a
indicating the 100-year floodplain.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
