APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 1,
1991 to finalize a two-parcel division of the Elmer Paepke
property on Lannon Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 and the NW
1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
sewer availability and approval for a road cut for the sewer
lateral.
WHEREAS, the Common Council wishes to approve the Certified
Survey Map at this time with the understanding that the ability
Committee if it is requested to be open-cut prior to January 1,
to open-cut the road must be determined by the Public Works
1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Elmer Paepke property on Lannon Drive
in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 and the NW 1/4 of Section 15 subject
to sewer availability and approval for a road cut for the sewer
lateral.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the restriction on the open-cutting
of the road shall be made a part of the Certified Survey Map.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
