APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on October I, 1991
property on Ladwig Court in the NE 1/4 of Section 15, and
to finalize a three-parcel division of the James J. Okupniak
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
the certified survey map approved by the Plan Commission in
Resolution PC #112-91 being recorded with Waukesha County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
three-parcel division of the James J. Okupniak property on
Ladwig Court in the NE 1/4 of Section 15 subject to the the
certified survey map approved by the Plan Commission in
Resolution PC #112-91 being recorded with Waukesha County.
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
