APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Waterfield Park Subdivision
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Waterfield Park Subdivision, a
25-lot subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, was submitted on
October I, 1991, and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to the Park Board determining a
connection to WEPCO bike path and appropriate location of same
and subject to the Public Works Department establishing the
radius of the cul de sac with a soft center island.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Waterfield Park
Subdivision, a 25-lot subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 14
path and appropriate location of same and subject to the Public
subject to the Park Board determining a connection to WEPCO bike
Works Department establishing the radius of the cul de sac
with a soft center island.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
