DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
(Orlando)
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Salvatore
Orlando for an injury sustained as a result of police officers'
actions on July 14, 1990, and
WHEREAS, this claim has been denied by the insurance company, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim
be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claim of Salvatore Orlando
on July 14, 1990.
